At Cowgirl Up Coffee Store, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality coffee products straight to your doorstep. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re committed to making things right if there’s an issue with your order.
Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our coffee products, we do not accept returns on opened coffee items.
Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused and unopened
Products must be in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll gladly replace eligible items at no additional cost.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
